Tickets will be posted out via first class post on Thursday 19 October.
Supporters from the UK who purchase tickets after Wednesday 1 November will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.
Supporters who live in Europe who purchase tickets after Friday 27 October will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.
Supporters outside of Europe who purchase tickets after Friday 20 October will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.
Duplicate tickets
Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.
Duplicate tickets will only be given to each individual season ticket holder or member.
Loyalty points
Supporters will receive 1 (one) loyalty point for this match.

The ticket exchange will open from 10am on Monday 16 October.
The ticket exchange will close at 4.30pm on Friday 3 November.

Monday 16 October from 7am until 10.30am: Members with 32 loyalty points can purchase one ticket.
Monday 16 October from 11am until 2.30pm: Members with 27 loyalty points can purchase one ticket.
Monday 16 October from 3pm: Members with 22 loyalty points can purchase one ticket.
Tuesday 17 October from 7am until 10:30am: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Monday 16 October.
Tuesday 17 October from 11am until 2:30pm: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Monday 16 October.
Tuesday 17 October from 3pm: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Monday 16 October.
Monday 23 October: Season ticket holders and members can purchase an extra two tickets (maximum of three in total).
Monday 30 October: Tickets will go on general sale (maximum of four tickets per person).
Tickets will be sold online from 7am and from 9.15am at the ticket office for personal callers and telephone sales.
